What a typical glorious Gold Coast day! Start with a cup of tea in bed, followed by a half hour walk with the dogs to help stimulate the apetite and then breakfast on the verandah. Yes they are own own eggs, free range and organic and even though you can't see the avocardo and baby spinach is home grown as well. Yum Yum. You couldn't ask for a better start to the day, and to think this is home, not a resort or retreat, but home. I hope the next owners enjoy the beauty and peace and quiet the property has to offer.

It's almost marmalade making time again. The mandarin trees are laden with fruit. Every season brings different fruit to enjoy eaten fresh or preserved. Yum Yum, can you tell I'm a bit of a foody.
